Our Friends at the Modlin Center have got another

amazing show lined up: Verve recording artist Regina Carter.

A native of Detroit, violinist Regina Carter has a distinctive

style and sophisticated technique that bridges jazz, R&B

and classical boundaries.  Her latest recording was released

in June 2006.  I'll Be Seeing You: A Sentimental Journey

features American popular songs, nicely updated swingers

and blues which are delivered with flair and soul.  It’s a

powerful set of songs her mother loved; Regina’s dedication

to her memory.

You can find directions to campus here, and check out Regina Carter on the Web here.

Tickets:

$36 adults,

$34 seniors 65+,
